Writing to the desk

The desk answers correspondence about the guide itself: corrections, historical notes, and pieces you think belong on the table. Write to the editorial desk at the address given in our published materials.

If you are looking for AA

This site is a guide, not a fellowship. If you or someone you know is looking for Alcoholics Anonymous in New Hampshire, the living resources are:

• New Hampshire Area 43 (nhaa.net): the statewide service body, with current meeting schedules and the area hotline numbers.
• AA General Service Office (aa.org): the national office, with the "find a meeting" tools and published literature.
• Local answering services: most New Hampshire districts maintain a 24-hour answering line; the current numbers are on the Area 43 site.

What the desk cannot do

We cannot confirm a meeting time, answer the phone for a group, or forward a message to a district officer. We do not know who currently holds any service position anywhere, and we do not publish personal contact information for AA members. Anonymity is a load-bearing tradition; we keep it.

Corrections and history

If you have a dated correction about the history of District 15 or AA in New Hampshire , a group founding date, a location, a name spelled wrong in an old meeting list , the desk wants it. Send the note with whatever evidence you have, and the correction will appear in the piece it belongs to.
